Cranking out 708 hp and 638 lb-ft of torque, the Hennessey H700 Corvette Stingray boasts more power and torque than any of the current factory C8 Corvettes available from Chevrolet. That means 234 hp more than the regular C8 , 38 hp more than the Z06 and 53 hp more than the E-Ray .
To achieve this, Henessey have gone down their familiar route of whacking a big supercharger on a big V8. It has a 6.2L LT2 V8 engine equipped with a high-flow centrifugal supercharger, an air-to-water intercooler, new air induction system and ECU tune.
