Hennessey are sending off the 6th Generation Mustang in style, endowing the GT500 with over 1,200 horsepower. When considering the stock Ford Mustang GT500 produces 760 hp, Hennessey have managed to lift that power figure by over 400 hp which is a 58 percent increase.
Helping develop all that extra power is an enlarged 3.8L supercharger, new fuel rails, injectors and a high-flow induction system. Peak torque has also risen substantially going from 625 lb-ft to 902, and as such Hennessey have recalibrated the dual-clutch transmission to deal with the extra demand. This package will be limited to 66 units worldwide.
