The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning is a big step towards not only Ford, but the car industry as a whole in moving into electric vehicles. As the best selling truck for the last 44 years, the Lightning stands as a huge shake-up for the much loved badge.
The good news for lovers of the internal combustion engine is that Ford will release the Lightning alongside the regular F-150, essentially it will become a new entry in the product line-up. With that in mind, Ford are equipping the Lightning with plenty of enticing specs to drive buyers into this new world of an EV truck.
