AMG’s GT range continues to expand, starting with the coupe into the 4-door model and now releasing the very powerful SUV. Set to take on the Porsche Cayenne Electric, the Mercedes-AMG GT SUV sports the same tri motor setup at the 2027 electric GT 4-Door . That equates to 710 hp, which can be turned up to 1,153 hp when in launch or boost mode for the GT63 model. It will last for a burst of 63 seconds and allows the GT SUV to launch from 0 to 62 mph in 2.7 seconds. Other changes include the battery pack which has been enlarged to 128 kWh in order to try and keep some range with the extra weight and frontal area of the car. that give it a 434-mile WLTP-certified range and the ability to charge at speeds up to 710 kW.
