Series II update raises the level of luxury for the Rolls-Royce Phantom, keeping it as the benchmark for opulence on four-wheels. The shift to electric propulsion hasn’t arrived yet for Rolls-Royce, opting to stick with the tried and true 6.75L V12 engine. The EV Phantom will likely be a reality for it’s next generation, for now the buttery smooth V12 will do nicely.
