Koenigsegg have revealed a reimagining of their first CC8S supercar to celebrate the 20 year anniversary. Called the CC850 (the 50 represents both the founders 5oth birthday, and the number production is limited to) Koenigsegg have taken the familiar styling of the CC8S and imbued it some updated tech.
LED lights both front and rear are new, along with a the wheel design and tyres sporting Michelin graphics on the side walls. Power is up too, with the 5.0 twin turbocharged V8 making 1,385 hp and 1,222 lb-ft of torque when run on E85 fuel. That drops a little to 1,185 hp without it. Actually the 1,385 number is reaped a fair bit with the CC850, it has 1,385 horsepower, weighs 1,385 kilograms and even has 1,385 Nm of torque. That means it has the same power to weight ratio as the Koenigsegg One:1 .
