Alpine is set to enter the electric hot hatch game, and the A290_β previews what to expect. Clearly based off the Renault 5 concept car from 2021 , the A290 Beta as it currently stands should be a close match to the eventual production due to arrive for 2024. A car that is set to rival the Mini Cooper SE, and be only the second car in Alpine’s line-up since the brand was reborn with the A110 in 2018 .
