Exclusive to the Japanese market, the Subaru Levorg STI Sport R features a WRX engine in a wagon body. It seems Subaru are content with keeping the more interesting and faster versions of the Levorg in Japan only, making this STI version just a big tease for anyone looking for a performance wagon outside Japan.
Boasting nearly twice the power as the standard Levorg, the 2.4L turbocharged engine produces 271 hp and 277 lb-ft of torque. Subaru’s symmetrical all-wheel drive setup is present along with a CVT automatic transmission that is sadly the only choice for buyers.
