A midlife refresh for the Lexus ES has arrived with plenty of tech upgrades and some visual tweaks. The F Sport models come in two flavors starting with the 250, which has a 2.5L inline 4 engine developing 215 hp and the 350, a 3.5L V6 powered ES with 302 hp and 267 lb-ft of torque.
Tech upgrades include a new touchscreen-based infotainment system with a 12.3 inch display for the higher spec trims. Some of Lexus’s safety tech has also been updated with improvements to the camera and the millimeter-wave radar that will help the pre-collision system to respond sooner and with great accuracy. New to the package are Emergency Steering Assist, Curve Speed Reduction and Intersection Turning Assist.
