Alfa Romeo have teamed up with Italian coachbuilder Zagato to create a special one-off Giulia. Inspired by the quirky looking 1989 Alfa Romeo SZ , the Giulia SWB Zagato is a hand-built creation that celebrates 100 years of collaboration between the two Italian brands. It features bespoke bodywork draped over the Giulia platform with a mix of both Giulia GTA and Quadrifoglio mechanicals.
Combining the 2.9L twin turbocharged V6 with a six-speed manual, Zagato chose to snub the usual eight-speed automatic option of the Giulia. The engine itself comes in GTA specification , utilising lighter internals and better cooling to increase power and torque.
