McLaren are celebrating again by releasing 5 special Senna GTR LM’s, each with it’s own livery and all paying homage to one of the McLaren F1 GTR race cars from the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans. That race of course saw the 5 McLaren F1 GTR’s crossing the line in 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 13th positions which all happened in the cars debut run at the famous event.
Each of these cars has a bespoke, hand-painted livery with at least 8,000 hours of labor behind it to make sure they are as close to perfection as possible. The McLaren F1/01R was the car that won Le Mans back in 1995, with the Black car here paying homage to that success. The McLaren F1/06R has been represented by the yellow car, McLaren F1/02R replicated by the blue Gulf livery car, McLaren F1/07R is the other blue car and finally the McLaren F1/05R has been celebrated by the silver car.
