The recently introduced Cadillac CT5 sedan now has an official V badge, a name that in the past denoted big power and high performance from the US luxury brand. Sadly Cadillac have chosen to dilute the V branding in a similar move the Mercedes has done with it’s AMG nameplate. With that said, the CT5-V is not a slow car.
Power is delivered from a 3.0L twin turbocharged V6 engine producing 335 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque, which will enable the CT5-V to sprint from 0-62 mph in 5 seconds flat and go on to a 171 mph top speed.
