Dubai-based W Motors have followed up the 2013 Lykan HyperSport with the new Fenyr Supersport, a slightly cheaper higher volume supercar that is set to go on sale for the 2018 model year. The Fenyr Supersport may be cheaper than the Lykan but is still mighty expensive, with a ticket price of £1.4 million. The production rate is set to consist of 25 cars per year, making the Fenyr a little less exclusive than it’s predecessor.
The engine has been sourced from Porsche tuner Ruf, and is a 3.8L flat 6 that is twin turbocharged and good for 810 PS (596 kW) of power at 7,100 rpm and 723 lb-ft (980 Nm) of torque at 4,000 rpm. Acceleration is brisk with 0-100 kph done in 2.8 seconds, and 0-200 kph over in just 9.4 seconds. Top speed is a claimed 245 mph (295 kph) placing the Fenyr Supersport in good company for the fastest cars in the world.
