The Touring Superleggera Sciadipersia is a hand-built, exclusive, four-seat grand tourer the Maserati GranTurismo . This is a bespoke creation that comes with a hefty price tag and very limited 15 unit production run. Of course coming from the Touring factory means fine good looks, and the Sciadipersia doesn’t disappoint, with a rather elegant form that sets itself apart from the crowd. The interior however, whilst very nice, is essentially the same as found in the GranTurismo with some extra premium touches.
Ultimate power and performance isn’t the game for the Sciadipersia, but the Maserati 4.7L V8 still manages to provide plenty of V8 goodness. 453 hp and 384 lb-ft enable a 0-62 mph sprint time of 4.8 seconds and a top speed pushing 186 mph. Power is sent to the rear wheels in true grand tourer fashion, with a six-speed sequential transmission with steering wheel-mounted shift paddles feeding it there.
