2004 Lincoln Mark X Concept

Convertible · 2004

The Mark X represented Lincoln’s desire to expand into new luxury niches during the mid 2000’s, showcasing this roadster concept. It was based on the then Ford Thunderbird architecture with a 3.9L V8 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission and pushing out 280 hp and 286 lb-ft of torque. It was a two-seater roadster with a rear-wheel drive setup and featured a folding hard-top roof mechanism that splits into two main sections and is stowed away under the rear tonneau cover.
